Spago, Singapore

RATING: ★★★☆ - Very Good   |   PRICE: $$$$ - Very Expensive

Sago at Marina Bay Sands is Wolfgang Puck's second concept in the city following the immense success of his steakhouse CUT. Situated at the top of the iconic hotel with views overlooking the floating infinity pool and the entire cityscape, Spago has all the bells and whistles of an excellent restaurant, think hardwood floors, fine white linens, and solid Italian marble counters.

Serving what can be described as progressive American with French and Asian influences. Spago Singapore feels similar to what you might find at a Jean George restaurant. Which means, delicate, perfectly prepared dishes which are visually stunning. Overall dining at Spago is exceptional; yet, there's a certain je ne sais quoi which leaves us craving a little more creativity and precision in the overall dining experience.
