Coyote, Singapore

RATING: POOR   |   PRICE: $$$ - EXPENSIVE

Indian influenced Mexican cuisine does not pair well at all and If there was no intention for the odd fusion then Coyote fails even more as authentic Tex-Mex. The Mexican corn cobs were smothered in factory processed mayo and every dish came with nuances of curry spices and tablespoons of cumin. The flavor combinations, poor culinary execution and failed attempts at tried and tested recipes did no justice to the seeming fine Ingredients used at the restaurant.

Fortunately for Coyote, the best thing on the menu might just be the Corona Margarita, but we all know that's pretty difficult to mess up, so order up a bunch of drinks because you’d be better of at a Taco Bell then to attempt the food at Coyote.
